PARTICIPATE IN TASTE OF GEORGETOWN'S ANNUAL EATING COMPETITION

Local favorites District Doughnut, Olivia Macaron, and Ristorante Piccolo are hosting the annual eating competitions at Taste of Georgetown 2016. Contestants will face off to consume as much as possible of an oversize doughnut, an oversize macaron, or a large bowl of spaghetti in a 2-minute period. Winners will receive a $25 gift certificate to either District Doughnut, Olivia Macaron, or Ristorante Piccolo.
District Doughnut (3327 Cady's Alley NW) will feature an oversize powdered doughnut on a string. Contestants will race to finish the doughnut without using their hands.
Olivia Macaron (3222 M Street NW) will showcase a 5-inch version of its handmade macarons. These delicious creations come with red shells, real raspberries, vanilla cream and lychee.
Ristorante Piccolo (1068 31st Street NW) is serving up oversized bowls of spaghetti tossed with marinara sauce. The perfect option for contestants looking to avoid the sugar rush. No hands allowed!
